BlackBelt Cura / iFactory Cura not export the g-code for printer

Hello Everyone,

I have an issue with both versions of Cura slicer on Windows 11, I can't export the g-code from slicer.

What can cause this issue? Should I change some settings in slicer or windows?

all versions of cura use usb to directly send to the printer, or save the gcode to a usb/sd/tf card storage for physcal inserting in the printer, and as an alternative for the octoprint users, ther is a cura marketplace plugin called 'octoprint connection' that once set up and configured can directly upload to the octoprint and start the print remotely( on the same network)
